We pride ourselves on the quality of our country attire, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all Schöffel tags still attached.

Complete the Return Form

Locate the returns form included within your original delivery and indicate whether you require a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items and the completed form into the original packaging, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the Shipping Label

Attach the pre-paid Royal Mail tracked return label provided in your package to the outside of the box, ensuring it covers any previous delivery addresses.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to any local Post Office branch and obtain a proof of postage receipt so you can monitor your return until it reaches our warehouse.
