To maintain the performance of your GORE-TEX® garment, machine wash it on a warm permanent press cycle using a small amount of liquid detergent. Rinse twice and tumble dry on a warm, gentle cycle for 20 minutes to reactivate the durable water repellent (DWR) treatment.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days and next-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday through Thursday. International shipping times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

How do I return an item for an exchange or refund?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Simply use the returns portal on our website to generate a prepaid label and drop your package at any authorized collection point.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all Schöffel Country products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover fair wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or improper care.
